The Experience
Christmas parties at The Old Kent Barn are all about bringing people together.
A festive welcome.
A twinkling, fairy-lit barn, festive garlands, real alpine fir trees and illuminated gardens create a warm welcome from the moment your guests arrive.

Award-winning dining and a relaxed atmosphere give everyone the chance to step away from work, catch up with colleagues and simply enjoy the evening together.

From your dedicated Event Coordinator and planning portal to support from our team on the day, everything is taken care of behind the scenes, leaving you free to enjoy the celebration alongside your guests.

The best part about organising your Christmas celebration should be enjoying it too.
From the moment you book, you'll have your own dedicated Event Coordinator and access to our planning portal, guiding you through every stage of the planning.
If you'd like to drop decorations, prizes or gifts off the day before, we'll have everything set up and ready for your arrival. We can even help host parts of the evening too, whether that's introducing speeches, presenting awards or running a scavenger hunt or quiz.
Once the evening is over, we'll take care of packing everything away, so you can enjoy the celebration alongside everyone else.

Whether you're planning a traditional festive dinner or a larger celebration with entertainment, every Experience is built around the same attention to detail, dedicated support and exclusive use of The Old Kent Barn.

Of course. You're welcome to bring your own entertainment, or choose one of our experiences that includes a DJ or live band. We also have a recommended suppliers directory, making it easy to find trusted local entertainers and services.

Of course. You're welcome to drop everything off with us beforehand and we'll have it ready for your arrival on the day.

Absolutely. Our chefs are experienced in catering for a wide range of dietary requirements and allergies. We'll work with you during the planning process to ensure everyone is looked after.

Yes. Christmas Experiences are available throughout the festive season, including weekdays. If you're flexible on your date, our team will be happy to talk you through the options available.

Yes. We have five luxury bedrooms on-site, available to book for your celebration, subject to availability. If you have guests travelling from further afield, we can also recommend local accommodation and provide our accommodation guide and trusted taxi contacts.
